We adopt a warranty term of 12 months or 1000 cumulative running hours, whichever comes first. All repairs and spare parts replacement caused by quality defects during warranty are free of charge. After warranty expiration, we still provide lifelong services with only material cost charged, upholding the philosophy of "once a buyer, always a lifelong customer".
