The open frame diesel generator set, also known as open-type diesel genset, is a classic industrial-grade power equipment with a fully exposed structural design.   • Intelligent Control System: Equipped with a digital display controller, real-time monitoring of water temperature, oil pressure, rotating speed, voltage, current, power and other data. Built-in over-speed, over-voltage, low oil pressure, high water temperature, overload automatic protection and emergency stop function to ensure unit safe operation.

  • High Operating Noise: No sound insulation structure, the noise is 95-128dB at 1 meter. It is not suitable for residential areas, hospitals, schools, shopping malls and other noise-sensitive areas.
  • No Rainproof & Dustproof Ability: The components are exposed, and it cannot be placed outdoors for a long time. It must be installed in indoor generator room, factory building or temporary awning to avoid rain erosion and dust accumulation causing short circuit and corrosion damage.
  • Strict Safety Operation Requirements: The rotating parts and high-voltage wiring are exposed, and protective fences and warning signs need to be installed in the placement area to avoid accidental contact and safety accidents.
